I love HotWorx! I’ve been going a little over a year. My faves are Warrior, Buns & Stretch. I feel so much stronger, leaner and detoxed! I leave a sweaty mess but in such a good way. Highly recommend.
Love this location. The staff is always helpful and friendly, the facility always clean. I can always fit a time on my schedule, the hotworx system works as a charm to my last minute availability. The infrared sauna has helped me a lot to avoid injuries in tennis, i highly recommend trying it
Been a member for years and this is the most consistent I have been with exercise…. Ever. I thought I would hate the idea of working out in a sauna but it honestly feels really good on the muscles. The workouts are challenging enough to keep you striving for better, but there are a lot of modifications for beginners. I love that the classes are virtual and that I can sometimes have the sauna all to myself and just focus on me for a little while. I urge you all to try this place, I love it and thank you Will too.
