This is my third time here to see if I can have a simple procedure done. They just bring you in as many times as they can in order to charge you and your insurance. On top of that I’ve had to wait each time 1 hour to be seen for 5 minutes. If my appointment says it’s at 10:10 and I’m not seen till 11 that’s ridiculous. Never will I come back. The worst service by rude nurses on top of that. I’m the patient paying for a service and they act like I owe them something.

I found Helios Med Spa through a good friend of mine on Facebook. I was suffering from pseudofolliculitis on my neck which is basically inflamed hair bumps. I'd like to start off by saying that initially, I was as skeptical about laser procedure as one could possibly be. In fact I was really a little bit afraid of being burned by the laser. However, my technician Courtnay, was so good at delivering decision-making information, that ultimately I decided to move forward. This was probably one of the best med spas I have been too! Everyone is so kind and works so well with you. I recently just got my laser hair removal done here with Courtney, and she was so kind and worked with me. I have a high pain tolerance, however, It did not hurt one bit! It was so quick and easy and done within minutes and I could barely feel anything. I highly recommend this place!!
