I have a beautiful Egyptian rug that I tried to clean myself. My attempt was a disaster. Eventually, it was left in the spring rains we had in May and June. It looked hopeless.
I called the service and they picked it up. They said it would be challenging, but they could work on it. Today, they brought it back.
I was absolutely amazed. It looked new. The fringe was white again. The colors that seemed to blend together were vibrant and in place! The rug looked new! I don’t know how they renewed the rug. It is perfect now!!! I am truly in shock how they were able to not only salvage, but return it to its glorious state.
#1 showed up on time which is important! They took our tired looking 9 yr old Persian blend rug and brought the life back into it!!! They only kept it a minimal of 5 weeks which is fast I think, and notified us to make an appointment to bring it right back to us!!! They also applied a protective coating on it that it never had, which I feel is very important now that it has been cleaned up, and looks brand new. I highly recommend this company. Wonderful group of people.
