Both of my daughters are on the spectrum and the staff here is so patient when working with them and working through their fears with towards dental work. My girls definitely don’t look forward to the dentist, but they do look forward to the trip to the toy box when the service is completed and all is better again. Dr. McCandless’ office came highly recommended on Facebook and I can 100% see why. They are a truly incredible staff. My only “con” would be to make sure that the staff has your insurance information. I put our insurance information in when filling out the paperwork that is sent electronically before the appointment, but it didn’t pull to their system.... read full review

I would give Dr. McCandless & Her staff more stars if I could . We were referred to them for a second opinion after receiving horrible customer service from my daughters previous Dentist and I’m so glad that we gave them a chance . Everyone is super sweet , welcoming , understanding , professional , very knowledgeable, honest , caring and thoughtful. They always make us feel comfortable and take the time to return my phone calls & take the time to explain things to me . I truly appreciate everyone! Thank you !

Been there twice, so far. First to get my kids teeth cleaned, second to get one cavity removed/ crown added. This group of people have their ducks in a row. Got called in at 11:00 for an 11:00 appointment…Start to finish was 30 minutes. Highly proficient with her skills. Confused by the 1 star experiences… my kids even mentioned how they like this dentist better than the last.
