I have to agree with the last review. The doctors here are clueless. I saw Dr. Muhammad Irfan twice after seeing his NP every time I came in & he just decides when he wants to see me and doesn't have any knowledge of what going on with me even though it's supposed to be noted in my chart. Today Dr. Muhammad Irfan was rude wanted to argue and very unprofessional in a dirty doctors office. Dr. Muhammad Irfan you don't deserve to be a doctor your manners are horrible for someone to claim to be a professional doctor. Ill never step foot in there again an will tell my friends coming here to find a better place as well.

The worst Doctors office in Harris county. It's dirty and Dr Nathani is the absolute most clueless physician I ever met. When you can actually see him. I went 8 times in a year and saw 6 nurse practitioners and 2 pre med students. That's right pre med students giving out drugs to patients. What a horrible place

I tried to make an appointment, and I was incredibly nice to the staff member that I was on the phone with, but they had the worst attitude. I almost never make bad reviews- but wow, so much attitude. Very rude and unprofessional. I don’t blame the whole clinic but whoever was taking the phone calls at 12:50 on 1/27 needs to be talked to by the management.

Unfortunately, our experience with Dr. Imran Nathani has been disappointing. As the primary doctor overseeing my mother's care, he demonstrated a lack of compassion and understanding, both toward her as a patient and us as her family. His demeanor came across as arrogant, making it difficult to feel heard or reassured during an already stressful time.
A particularly upsetting incident occurred when Dr. Nathani was on call during a holiday. Despite the nurse reaching out to him for additional medication that my mother urgently needed, he failed to respond or address the situation until she called his cell phone. This lapse in care was not only frustrating but also deeply concerning, as it left my mother in unnecessary discomfort.
Compassion and attentiveness are essential qualities in a healthcare provider, especially when dealing with patients and their families during vulnerable times. Unfortunately, these qualities were lacking in our interactions with Dr. Nathani. I hope this feedback encourages reflection and improvement for the benefit of future patients.

I have been going to Dr Nathani for years and I absolutely love him and his staff. He listens and is genuinely concerned about your health and well being. He encourages me to do better about my health to live longer. I don’t feel like I am just a number or a chart. Even when my insurance cancelled, I paid cash to stay there. Now I always pick an insurance that his office accepts, because I am not going anywhere else. Everyone need a Dr. Nathani.

I have been seeing Dr. Nathani for 10+ years. He and his nurse practitioners have always been available whenever I needed to see someone. They never make me feel rushed and they seem to be genuinely concerned for the patient. In previous years, it was often difficult to talk to someone when trying to make an appointment or ask a question. But now I can simply send a text message to their main number requesting an appointment or to ask a question and I always get a reply, sometimes within minutes. I also like the features of the patient portal.
