Deep Blue has the contract with the builder who built my home. Allegedly, Deep Blue was not the same company who installed my system, but they were sent out to address my AC going out after 9 months. Brian was the technician that was sent out, and I was thankful he was able to add refrigerant as a band aid repair. He stated they will be back within 2 weeks to formally locate the leak, and make necessary repairs. I didn’t hear from them during those two weeks, and I failed to follow up myself. Very difficult to get in contact with, even when you are under warranty. If you are out of warranty, good luck in getting them to call you. There’s better out there.

Complete disaster . Installed new HVAC system on my new build the duct work is horrible , vents condensate and did not even add the proper lines . Please don’t use this company . If they were not the original installer and i didn’t have warranty i would not even allow them to Fix what they destroyed . Go hire some professionals !
