I do not have the words to describe how amazing this resort is. Jennifer is a true gem. Such a huge heart for all of the fur babies there. The staff are extremely helpful and understanding. I have one of the most difficult dogs to take care of as he does not allow any one to touch or handle him. And without them, I would never be able to leave on my business trips or have a life. They know exactly what to do, how to handle him and keep him very safe. Thank you all so very much!!!!!!!!!!
I called for a last minute boarding, two days before Christmas, and they had room! No up charge for the holiday that I'm aware of. Paid on pickup. My dog came out happy and they gave a quick report on how she was. The staff was friendly and answered all of my questions. Very satisfied with this place!
I was very pleased with Cypress Falls Pet Resort! Clean, friendly staff were able to answer all my questions. I have an 8 mos. Goldendoodle, who adjusted very well. I booked the Villa for him. I also had him groomed while he was there. Kudos to the groomer for doing exactly how I wanted him cut. I definitely recommend it. My guy stayed four nights.
