Creekside Animal Hospital is a veterinary practice dedicated to providing excellent medical care and advice for pet owners. The hospital aims to help pet owners keep their animals happy and healthy, not just treat them when they are sick.
Creekside is known for its friendly and efficient staff. Patients are seen promptly, minimizing wait times. The vets are described as gentle, knowledgeable, and skilled at explaining treatment options clearly. Dr. Wilson and Dr. Dolan have been recognized for their kindness and professionalism, particularly in managing serious conditions like kidney infections. Customers appreciate the quick emergency visit scheduling and the warm interactions the staff shares with their pets. Although the hospital is highly regarded, some customers note that services can be expensive. Overall, many recommend Creekside as the best vet practice in the Woodlands/Creekside area.
Great doctors and vet techs across the board in terms of kindness, empathy, love for animals, concern for the health of your pet, direct honesty about treatment plans and potential outcomes, and the one attribute I would pay extra for even if some these prior things needed Improvement…an innate understanding of how to make your pet comfortable and ease their anxiety while deciphering the clues to what ails them. We love this clinic almost as much as Doug does!
From our first emergency visit with my cat, I knew this was the only clinic I wanted to bring any of our 6 fur babies to. Starting with reception all the way to the doctors, the staff is amazing. I cannot say enough good things about everyone. 11/10 and 5 thumbs up
This office is incredibly welcoming, empathetic, and efficient, exactly what you hope for in a veterinary practice. I truly trust them with both my dogs and my cats, and I’m so thankful to have found such a caring team.
