Very professional in the way that Yancy Paet handled everything. I was referred to Yancy by a licensed nurse neighbor when I was trying to figure out how I was going to get to a surgical treatment requiring supervision at time of pickup and delivery back to my home. Yancy was recommended with documentation of his organization. We have been using Breakthrough for our home healthcare needs and it has been a great experience. The caregivers have been excellent and available all times and management works with us if there are any needs. I would highly recommend.

Yancy was Paula were just great. Yancy the owner, went with me to hospital, waited for me while I had my procedure then drove me home. He stated all day until 730 when Paula came. He was very kind and trustworthy. I could tell he truly cared. Both of them were very attentive, caring and professional. I highly recommend Breakthrough Personal Home Care. If I ever need home care services again, I WILL DEFINITELY call Yancy again. Thank you guys so much for everything.
