Although I had a terrible experience with the oral surgeon, Dr. Todd Wentland, I had a great experience speaking to the manager, Sharon. She is very compassionate and I could tell she truly cared about my feelings regarding what happened with the surgeon. I have had good experiences with the dentist as well and office staff. I would highly suggest that if you are looking for an oral surgeon with good bedside manner and compassion, do not get that done by Dr. Wentland. However, if you need cleanings or fillings, this is a great place to go for that.
Hate the dentist but This place is great. Staff and doctors are amazing they do all they can to put you at ease fiantual and mental. So if you have high anxiety this is the place to go.
I went in to have my lower denture repaired. Even though my denture was from another dental facility they were more than happy to fix my denture. Repair was done very quickly on site which is always a positive. Staff is super friendly and very knowledgeable. They made me feel welcomed the moment I walked in. My wife also decided to have them check her teeth at the same time and were able to accommodate her at the same time. No appointment made. Again awesome 😃. I will absolutely be going back in next couple of weeks to have them make a new set of dentures for me. I can speak for other Aspen dental locations but the Tomball facility is exceptional.
