I visited the model and the sales woman was very friendly and informative. Old North Park is currently sold out, so I can’t wait to buy in the subdivision in Tioga, TX. I find their prices are very competitive and great quality of workmanship.
I purchased my Red Gable home about 9 months ago. The sales process was easy and the staff are professional and delightful to work with. I selected the Maple plan which has 3 BR/3 BA. This is a great plan because all of the bedrooms/baths are split for added privacy. Red Gable homes are well-designed and constructed, energy efficient and well-appointed. Their homes are a good value for the price and I couldn't be happier. All in all, a great sales experience, great location, and the perfect home for me. A very satisfied owner!
