I’ve tried numerous times to cancel , my rep , Sharity Lee, has been aware of my request and after a month they haven’t billed me and force me to pay termination BEFORE containers are picked up, so they basically hold me a hostage as a customer to pay up front instead of billing me, Definitely worth switching companies and pay termination they charge double all competitors.
Pathetic. Our payment is on time, yet they take their sweet time to pickup trash or just come days after. The day to pickup apparently changed and not notified. All of the neighbors trash was not picked up yet we were told that only we are the ones complaining. Horrible customer service at the Edinburg TX office, Anna/Ruby. Pathetic.
I am contacting the Better Business Bureau. Their driver literally argue with the customers, I literally witnessed it. And when I called in the rep thought it was funny. Poor customer service is ridiculous.
