Great experience at this location. All of the ladies throughout the store were kind. Meagan introduced me to two new brands and has definitely up’d my makeup game. Karyssa checked me out. Both ladies were kind, helpful, and informative. 🫶

zoe was incredible👏 went in to grab somethings for my girlfriend & had no clue where anything was she took me around & made sure I got exactly what she needed. I wanted to get her something extra as a little surprise so zoe suggested a fragrance she thought she'd like too 10/10

I had called ahead to ask if they had a particular product in-store and was told yes. I drove 35 miles out of my way only to discover they did not have it, that it was actually not in stock at all and hasn't been for quite a while. The associate wasted my time by telling me completely inaccurate information. I do not appreciate being lied to. Why would you tell a customer you have something when you don't? I wonder if she actually bothered to check or if she just told me yes, so she could get off the call. This is not the type of customer service I would expect. I am very disappointed and will likely never shop at this location in the future.

The associates were extremely helpful. Almost all of them asked us if we needed help, and were more than happy to assist when we had a question.

Not going back there again. They were so pushy about signing up for the membership and making me provide a name and phone number in case I wanted to make returns. I don't know what scheme corporate is pushing but I'm not interested.

I came in yesterday to get makeup for my college graduation and a wedding. I came in searching for a few items and got frustrated that I couldn’t find any I liked. So I went and asked one of the workers if they could help me find a cool toned contour and the sheer excitement they expressed to help me was amazing! They recommended tinted live and it matched what I wanted. I ended up buying a few more products that they recommended and some that I knew I already liked. Overall, this was an amazing experience and sadly I didn’t catch the workers name but absolutely phenomenal customer service from them and their recommendations are top tier! I love it when people love what they do!

Very rude associates, not knowledgeable about products, treats customers like trash . Do yourself a favor and drive 10 extra minutes to the Conroe location. Much cleaner and nicer associates
