I Jesus Albarran, Salgadofirst time homeowner never received invoices HOA, I was under the impression that the bank loan was paying those yearly fee's. HOA has failure to send invoices, as mandated by regulations, certified letters should be mail out if invoices are not being paid by homeowners, also there is some legal fees that I never received certified letters, HOA can not just add charges to homeowners, No listing of Restrictions of HOA, therefore I am demanding a review to waive all of those hidden FEES. What kind of business ya’ll, where all going to a hardship of COVID-19 and yet HOA does not concerns that, HOA should be available to help homeowners homeowners.
