Glenn from Woodlands Plumbing and Air was an excellent technician. He solved the issue with or AC rapidly after we had spent the entire previous day sitting in the heat. He remained courteous and competent while no doubt sweating like crazy with the rest of us.
I would like to single out Glenn Odili as a highly professional and effective HVAC tech. His attention to detail ensures the job is done right the first time. And his customer centric personality is an added bonus. Give him a big raise!
Ray Jr came in and wasted no time coming in and getting down to the problem with my AC drain line. He had a proposed solution within minutes. He was going to plan to come the next day for the repair. When I mentioned that it would be better if we could get it repaired the same day, he immediately got on the phone and got someone to gather the parts and head this way. It was a great interaction with the company as a whole and Ray Jr individually.
