Stay away from The Woodlands Plumbing and Air. It is no longer the same company from a few years back. They installed my Air a couple of years ago. This summer it failed. They wanted over $4000 to fix it under warranty. They lowered the price and filled the system with mostly air, not refrigerant. They flatly tried to rip me off, total scam. I had to have another company come and fix the problem.

Ray Jr came in and wasted no time coming in and getting down to the problem with my AC drain line. He had a proposed solution within minutes. He was going to plan to come the next day for the repair. When I mentioned that it would be better if we could get it repaired the same day, he immediately got on the phone and got someone to gather the parts and head this way. It was a great interaction with the company as a whole and Ray Jr individually.

I’m sure this is a great company and I appreciate them for trying to use technology in their favor to advertise 24 hours, but I just called to make an appointment for tomorrow and the “bot” that was trying to book an appointment got stuck on repeating my name and the one available time. It’s unfortunate and I won’t be booking with them for this reason in the future

Woodlands Plumbing and Air specialist Glenn O came to our home 6/18/2026 for a Spring Air check. He was very courteous and professional in servicing our unit. He was very concerned when he discovered mold on the condenser unit on the inside of our home. He showed us pictures and then gave us options to fix and combat the problem. We opted to install a single UV Light to controll the problem of any future mold. In addition he cleaned the condenser unit and installed the UV Light system the same day of service. I feel our home is better protected with the help and professionalism Glenn provided us . I would recommend his services and we will request him for future assistance.

Glenn from Woodlands Plumbing and Air was an excellent technician. He solved the issue with or AC rapidly after we had spent the entire previous day sitting in the heat. He remained courteous and competent while no doubt sweating like crazy with the rest of us.
