Garrett just left our home for an independent evaluation of our current system , assessment of repairs and possible replacement of the system. Garrett is honest, logical, offered free guidance and presented reasonable cost effective solutions to solve our current issues. His prices are in-line/less than competitors. I did report an issue with the air condition the lady told me the charge will be by the technician - the technician was very professional and gave me 145 dollars charge I decided they send me the invoice to the mail abd pay - the next 3 days the ait condition failed again try to call but they did not answer- due to my schedule I only can call certain times - then I got the invoice for around 250 - finally they did answer - and they did not like that I told them if I would have paid you that day would be 145 and still the problem is not fixed, the next thing she said you are unhappy - we won't charge find someone else. they just made me loose time - and who knows what they did for real - and still I don't have it working. the technician has better customer service than the people that answer the phone -abd office- and due to tgat he did not have the opportunity to check what he overlookEd- at least I won't be charge but definitely the people on the phone worst customer service abd very opportunistic not as honest and professional as the technician - advice pay at the moment with the technician otherwise they will take the chance. again at least they cancel the charge for a service not given and I am bringing another company to tell me what it was done to the unit which I told the lady I will do.

Called to see if A/C could be repaired or get an estimate for replacement. Asked if it was free to come out, was told yes then got charged a diagnosis fee of $100.00 and instead of the service man telling me this at my home which I could have paid him he sends me an invoice with a processing fee added. His lack of being clear and having hidden fees caused me to go somewhere else to get my whole system replaced.
