I had the most wonderful experience at the Facial Room Society. I received a facial from one student and then an eyelash tint and lift from another. There was an instructor within 10 feet of my comfortable bed but she was never needed. Both of the ladies working on me were as good as any seasoned professional.I have had many salon services in the past. I have also paid much more for the same services I received here. None of the expensive salons provided services any better than the care I got here. I am looking forward to my next visit.

Kelly was professional and created a relaxing, warm environment for my facial. The building they are based in is beautiful as are the surroundings. My skin feels soft and refreshed. Looking forward to another treatment.

I booked and paid for an appointment with this company through Groupon. I tired to confirmed my appointment via email however the link was trying to charge me an additional up charge of $150. This situation was kind of confusing. So I tried to called this company a couple times to get a hold of someone. After many attempts I left a voicemail questing how to properly set my appointment. Instead of getting a call back The employee text me back. Also this particular person did not help me whatsoever. All that was explained was how I need to read the rules and paying fees. I did not receive any rules or regulations to read. And why do I have to pay extra money for a service that I have not even used yet. Then when I try to say is it possible to receive a call, the employee said that they are disabled. There should be another customer service representative that can help efficiently. None of my issues was resolved now I have to wait to get refunded my money back.
