So far the service and engagement has been excellent. The inspector, scheduling and technician have been more than helpful. It is hard to find just nice people providing great service, and that is what we have seen with The Bug Master.

Robert is our super hero ;) He has effectively kept the ants and scorpions eliminated. Always eager to take care of any issues that may arise. He's great and very professional. We highly recommend Bugmasters and Robert. They get the job done!

Robert from Bug Master came out to access possible termites in my home. He called ahead of time to give me an eta and arrived on time. He answered all my questions and clearly explained all my options in a way that I didn’t feel pressured. I am very happy with my experience with BigMasters and Robert.
