The worst experience ever. Dora damaged my hair she left it orange half of my hair fell apart and my scalp got burned. Dora kept changing the dates to fix my hair and said she could not fix it at the salon but only at her house which was so unprofessional. I went there and talk to the manager which she was not helpful at all she was rude and racist. She only offered 10% because I wanted just to go back to my natural hair color because Dora damaged my hair and also lied that she did not work there anymore. The manager was not understandable at all she said she could not do anything about and threatening me to kick me out of the store and to never office services. I’m traumatized my having my hair so damaged and not getting what I wanted also I had to go a dermatologist to heal my scalp. The manager name is Kim.

Very neat clean store there's one guy that works in there he's the manager the other stylist is out on family leave but the store was very clean the stylus was very nice and seemed very experienced.

I have been going to this salon for years and called to set up an appointment with Dee Dee and the girl who answered “Dale” informed me she had left and that she had no idea where she had gone...well come to find out they all knew where she had gone too and had been lying to their customers.... not good customer service!So if you are looking for Dee Dee or Maida they are at the TGF location at Cochran’s crossing shopping center 4747 Research forest drive!Will never go back to the Alden Bridge location...
