The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. From the time you arrive to the time your visit ends ,you feel very comfortable. Dr Armstrong is great. He explained the procedure to me and what all will happen. I know I am in good hands. Would recommend to anyone looking for some pain relief in the knees.

Dr Armstrong is very knowledgeable. He is articulate and is very good at discussing anatomy, answering difficult questions and explaining things. I have had procedures elsewhere but feel more confident with him. My dermatologist told me to see him for a second opinion after treatment by another doctor. The other doctor saw me for numerous ultrasounds and procedures on each leg which were only partially successful. Dr Armstrong injected me 6 times in one leg when the other doctor would have had me come in for multiple ultrasounds and done one injection per visit. I am really glad that I was referred to dr Armstrong . His office staff were very nice.

I had a few procedures done on my legs and had an excellent experience at Texas Endovascular. From the moment I walked in, everything was smooth, and professional. The office is very clean, and the front desk staff is welcoming and efficient.
What really stood out was the level of care from Dr. Armstrong and his team. They took the time to clearly explain everything and made sure I felt comfortable and informed throughout the entire process. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients and operate with a high level of expertise.
