Orchid Nails is a highly recommended business known for its professional and kind staff, who have been serving clients for over 10 years. The salon offers excellent services, including foot massages and nu pedicures. Many customers have been loyal for years, with some returning for over 7 or even 10 years. Customers praise the great location, convenience, and high-quality service, which have established Orchid Nails as one of the best nail salons in the area. Visitors often find that their nails last until the next appointment, and although there may be a wait of up to 20 minutes, the staff are gentle and willing to help if something is wrong with nails. Prices are considered a little high but are worth it. The salon also offers waxing services, and many customers love how their nails are done. The friendly and welcoming environment keeps customers coming back, with some bringing their daughters and friends regularly.
I have been coming to this salon for several months now. The ladies are so attentive and always make sure I have the most enjoyable and comfortable experience. Kim is my go to for manicures, she always takes my short, brittle nails and turns them into something beautiful! When my mom and sister come to town we always get pedicures and ask for Kim, Mia and Leann. They are so wonderful and kind!!
I only go to Orchid Nails. Other places have technicians come and go but not here. It’s a family here with the same women every time (no trainees). I have never seen anyone walk out unhappy and most everyone is a return customer.
I have been a regular customer 11 years, I love the owner and staff, they do excellent work and never rush.,? I have been given gift certificates to other places and they didn’t come close to orchid nails!
