I have gone here twice. The first time I left my massage in more pain than when I went in. My boyfriend loves this place, so I gave it another chance. This time, I specifically told the massage therapist I have a lot of tension in my neck and shoulders as well as lower back pain. She barely touched my neck and shoulders and again my lower back pain is worse than when I got there… to say I’m disappointed is an understatement. Waste of 90 minutes and a waste of money.

I came in for a facial before my wedding and had Natalie. I was nervous about it but she was so sweet and knowledgeable about skin care. I felt like a glowing QUEEN leading up to the wedding and the day of! I love my new skin and I’ve been keeping up with facials post wedding too

I always have a great experience here. As a Massage Heights member for about 20 years now, this has been one of the most consistent locations in cleanliness, friendly and efficient staff and professional therapists. I recently booked a facial with Natalie and a massage with Robert. This was my first visit with either of them and they both did such a great job creating a relaxing ambiance. Natalie came across professional and confident explaining the process and products she would be using. Her technique had me feeling so relaxed after a facial! My classic 60 minute massage with Robert the next day was just as great. He used just the right amount of pressure making it a perfect blend of stress relief on the muscles and overall relaxation.

I started going here because I received a gift certificate. My experience was so positive that I joined the monthly plan. I have had the pleasure having 5 different therapists to date. All cater to whatever I am needing each visit. Rachel and Mai (not sure of spelling) are my favorites You won't be disappointed here. This is my monthly treat to myself and they make the experience top tier. Office staff is very friendly and welcoming. You need to check this place out!

Massage heights seems like a good idea until you have to change your schedule. Then they keep your money vs allowing you to reschedule. I would just go to another place and pay full price than to experience this rip off.

One of the best massages I have had in a very long time! From the front desk, girls Checking me in, Casey and Caitlyn, to my massage from Antonio! Even though this location is a 40 minute drive for me I will definitely be back!
