Very impressed! I usually go to Sugarland and the Woodlands was a nice surprise. They asked if I wanted anything to drink and what tools I needed to blow dry my hair. Seemed genuinely interested in giving you good service. Sugarland never has asked me if I want something to drink and are not friendly at all. I wish I lived closer.

Madison Reed completely missed the mark on my color right before an important professional event. I specifically asked to stay lighter and brighter, but the result came out much darker than requested. What was most disappointing was that when I contacted them for a correction, they were unable or unwilling to fit me in before my trip. I left feeling frustrated, stressed, and unhappy with the service. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.

TAMIA GOT ME RIGHT. I was nervous to throw bleach in my hair but she did such a great job and got it the perfect tint, even better than I pictured. 10/10 experience.

Oh wow….what a great concept. I’m new to this type of establishment….ill never go back to regular overpriced salons! All staff were super nice and well trained in their profession! I’m sold!
