Hands down!! Cathleen went the extra mile and very patient. I appreciate her so much for her honesty. This was a two day process because I wanted to make Cathleen job’s easy. We had to cut my daughter’s hair because she has a lot of volume in it. My daughter is mixed with hispanic and black so her hair texture is mixed. Here are before and after pictures. This is not the first time she has gotten lice so I know how much work it is. Cathleen Watt and Mowgli were so amazing. Thank you for putting a smile on my daughter.

Nobody enjoys finding out that their kid came home with lice from a friend's house. But I'm so grateful this place exists. Cathleen Watt and her dog Mowgli (sorry if I misspelled it Cathleen) were amazing and very welcoming. She was able to help assist my son as well as myself. And she was very willing to share any knowledge she had about theses horrible bugs. She gave great advice and very easy to talk to. 100% willing to come back if ever necessary. (But really hope I never have to lol)Now I'm sure some of y'all are thinking why not just go and buy the at home kit and do it yourself. Kathleen was AMAZING! Having lice is terrible but she made us comfortable and me and my daughter had a blast talking to her. She put us ease. The treatment wasn't bad at all due to the conditioner used (although I'm not that tender-headed so ymmv). Expensive so expect that, but worth it 100%!
