Honest review of shockwave -
I have a huge bone spur on the back of my heel (not under my foot, the backside) it’s VERY painful for me to walk , especially when first waking up.
Your Achilles is attached to the bone spur and it’s the most painful feeling when walking….
Tried shockwave today … went in with a pain on 8-9 and left with ZERO pain. It’s crazy! And the more sessions I do the longer lasting the pain will stay away.
If you are hurting somewhere I 100% suggest you try it.
