JCPenney Salon

Mixed. I went here because Drybar was booked up. I got a blowout from Kendall and she did a good job but she took a long time (over an hour) and I feel she didn’t listen to what I wanted. I said I wanted my hair straight but she added some waves which is didn’t ask for at all.

Also, she didn’t say goodbye or thank me for my business to when I checked out, and that was hurtful. Instead she chose to chat in the back office.
She missed an opportunity to get a repeat customer, since I said I was in town often.
On the plus side, the lady who checked me out was very nice.

I've always had great services with my stylist Earlie Jones. She has been doing my hair and at members of my family for over 15-20 years. She's knowledgeable and very thorough. She's an amazing person who also listens and cares. I dont know what I would do without her!!

I'm happy to have a choice on Sunday! However, no one was at the front desk when I arrived, and no one greeted me when I walked back to the salon. It was all good once the front desk person returned, and I got in for a walk-in appointment.
