Not happy with the service they provided to my daughter. I spoke with Morgan before making the appointment and it sounded like she knew what she was doing. My daughter had her hair damaged from a previous salon and we were wanting to get it corrected. After Morgan finished her hair it still looked the same as before so we asked her to fix it. She had the other assistant help her fix it and it looked a lot better. Unfortunately after not even 3 weeks my daughters hair has faded so much it looks terrible. After speaking to a few stylist they all agree it shouldn’t have faded this much so quickly. At this point I asked for a refund because we now have to go get it fixed. They refused to give a refund and instead want us to come fix it with the owner. This would be the third time they would be fixing it and at this point I just want to find someone else who knows what they are doing. The stylist I spoke to about fixing my daughters hair all agreed that I should get a refund. Definitely not happy with spending $280 for this.I will post the pictures below. The left was before and the right is after washing 3 times. It was brown when we left the salon. Now it’s orange/red.

Jaci is a true artist! Her salon has an awesome, welcoming environment that I enjoy every time I am there. She has always been accommodating and thoughtful, working my appointments into her schedule. Thank you for being awesome!

This is the best salon I’ve ever been in! The stylist are extremely knowledgeable in hair, NBR, and Oribe! My hair has changed 100% for the better since I’ve been seeing Jaci. Thank you for transforming my hair into what it is now (and for the cocktails and conversation)❤️

I don’t normally write reviews but this girl did such a great job. Not only does my hair look the best it has in a LONG time, but it was a great experience. The owner Is one of the nastiest humans on the earth. Y'all think she's sweet and nice it's cause you are paying her. In other areas of her life she is a disgusting person. The lack of respect for other services and people in general is one of the problems in America and she is one of the key players. The amount of disrespect that has been experienced from this woman is unfathomable to me, especially since she is in the service industry herself. I cannot even repeat what was uttered from her foul mouth as it's so incredibly disgusting and from one woman to another is mind blowing.

Natural Beaded Rows hair extension and color. I have warned several different types of extensions and had all types of technicians work on me. Jaci Ross Munro is the best. Her natural beaded rows will not destroy your hair and are worth every penny. She takes her time making everything immaculate with a seamless look. I feel younger more confident and would recommend her to anyone.
