Jackson Trevino - Went above and beyond in trouble shooting my attic light. He quickly discovered the issue took time to redo some wires and explain my issue while showing me the picture. When I had more questions (fixture # model), he was patience and advised it was a standard fixture but he insisted on going back into the attic to retrieve the fixture even when I advised him not to worry about it so he could get closer to starting his weekend. It was a pleasure working with him and I appreciate his knowledge and kindness.
Technician Jackson came out to give us our electrical inspection. He was extremely thorough and explained everything in terms that I could understand. He took pictures of any issues that he saw and supplied me with those pictures as well as detailed estimates. He was very respectful and friendly, and I would absolutely recommend him for any of your electrical needs.
Fantastic job by Cheyenne Kirk. Had a quote from another company that took advantage of my lack of knowledge. Air Tech immediately diagnosed the problem and resolved the leak with a very fair, affordable price. Would highly recommend Air Tech.
