“I had a broken Moen faucet, and went to Lowes to find parts. Pete overheard me telling the Lowes clerk about the issue I was having and he informed me that Moen would send me the replacement parts for free within about a week if I could wait. I had a plumber coming out that day, so Pete helped me to buy the proper parts I would need.
The plumber came out and basically confirmed everything Pete said but told me I would have the part within a day or two and rescheduled for the appointment. I called Meon but it did take about a week not two days (I had to shut the water off for the whole house during this time).
I ended up having Pete come out to fix the faucet and replace a garbage disposal for about 30% cheaper, and also I will be able to return the parts I bought from Lowes. Pete has also a very pleasant person, thank God I met him that day because he saved me a bit of money and was able to resolve the issue in one visit.“
