Chris cleaned my huge killiem area rug in 2023 after I flipped a plate of hot spaghetti on it. This month they cleaned it again after my little puppy had a bout of diarrhea recently,, and I had already spilled wine and tea on it. Both times they picked it up from my house, cleaned it perfectly with no remaining stains, and brought it back to my home. Chris and his receptionist are both so kind and friendly, and I appreciate that and feel like they are someone I can trust. Thank you H-Town Steam!

The technician stayed in communication about when he was on his way, when he arrived and when he was leaving. He let me know there were a couple of stains that did not come out (understandable- I appreciated the transparency!) The price was very reasonable. We will hire H-Town Steam again for sure!

We scheduled a service for carpet, air duct and dryer vent cleaning. Our carpets looked so clean after completion and our air felt cleaner as well. Eddie was very nice, professional - he explained the duct and vent condition post work and frequency of future cleanings. I do wish we had better prep instructions in regards to duct cleaning in terms of expectations and covering as we only got instructions around carpet cleaning. Other than that, it was a good experience.
