John, the owner of Guardian Roofing, came to our rescue when we discovered a leak in our roof. Two other roofers failed to find the source, but John climbed up during the rain, identified the problem immediately, and fixed it on the spot. We were over due for a new roof and had spoken to a number of roofing companies, but after meeting with Troy we decided to move forward with Guardian Roofing and we're so happy we did. The price for the roof was very fair and he gave very helpful recommendations regarding design and installs quality shingles allowing for discounted insurance quotes. Communication was clear and on the day of the job the team showed up on time and knocked out the roof replacement within one day and I was very happy with the crew and the cleanliness after they were done.
