Was really impressed with Garage Door Doctor - Brock (technician) was extremely knowledgeable, took the time to answer questions and explain what was needed and why. Service was quick and very reasonably priced. True professional - Will definitely go to him/GDD for any future work needed.
Not only did Travis show up early, he communicated clearly throughout the entire process. Although we needed a new motor and springs he never once tried to be pushy or salesy. He used his knowledge to educate us and let us make a decision we were comfortable with.
He walked out through the issues we were facing along with the finer points of his 29 point safety inspection.
