I have been going to this facility for 27 years. WOW has it changed. I understand staff come and go, but the doctors do also and that’s unfortunate. I Had the worst experience I have ever had from walking in the door. BE warned if you can’t tolerate cold and I mean cold don’t go. I was hit with blaring A/C, then the front desk had to go ask someone else what they were supposed to before I went back, now this lady is sone of the original staff members who should know what to do. Next the assistant did my tests and didn’t have any patient/chairside/bedside manners. She didn’t talk at all other than do this ok now... read full review

Dr. Do is the best optometrist I've ever been to. She didn't rush my appointment, she engaged in conversation and made sure that my prescription was perfect. I will only visit this location for any future eye exams.

I arrived really early for my appointment and was taken back right away. Everyone was kind and helpful. The doctor explained everything very clearly. The process of ordering my glasses was quick and easy. I was in and out in no time.
