My sister and I traveled from Dallas, never having visited the area before. Before we left, I knew I wanted to treat both of us by having our hair done for the Hilary Duff concert, and Blo was just a two-minute walk from our hotel. I booked our appointments online, and we came prepared with photos to show our stylists exactly what we were hoping for.
Our wait was only about 5–10 minutes before we were seated. Once we sat down, our stylists immediately got to work and absolutely nailed the look we wanted. They even brought us each a glass of champagne, which was such a thoughtful touch and made the whole experience feel relaxing and luxurious.

Alli did a beautiful job with my hair & I had a great experience at Drybar! The staff was so kind and we chatted throughout my entire appointment. These ladies gave some top tier customer service and I left with curls that withstood the Texas heat. Would highly recommend!!!
I was less than impressed with my experience at Drybar. The greeting when I arrived felt unwelcoming, and unfortunately the experience only declined from there. While washing my hair, the water was very cold, so I politely asked if it could be warmed up. Leslie responded by saying that if she made it too warm, it would burn her hands, which came across as dismissive rather than accommodating.
During styling, she asked where I normally part my hair. I told her either side works for me, and she responded that it would be easier for her to part it in the middle and that it could be changed later. The overall service was just okay, but the lack of customer... read full review
