I had a very good impression after my first visit. Dr. Hale is knowledgeable, clearly passionate about her field, and explains things exceptionally well. She is also empathetic and very responsive, answering questions quickly, including via the health portal.

After our third appointment, Dr. Hale continues to impress me with her kindness, attention to detail, and expertise. She takes the time to listen carefully and answer questions thoroughly. I have found both in-office and telehealth appointments to be equally valuable, with the same level of care and attentiveness in both settings.
