Of course the heater stopped working when it was 29 degrees outside on a weekend, but these guys were out within 30 minutes of my phone call! Our fabulous technician had everything fixed in our 12 year old system quickly and at an absolute minimum expense. Thank you!!!

The service technician Daniel was excellent - very professional, and answered my questions, explained system and equipment condition, replaced an evaporator that was leaking refrigerant, and it was still under warranty, so there was no charge. He spent a couple of hours when it was raining hard, and did thorough system and equipment checks. Cypress Creek (now AirLoom) has been my HVAC provider for about fifteen years, and I have been very happy with them.

I don't rate business unless they stand out.AirLoom sent a tech to my house in record time in a Saturday morning.The tech, Garrett, was professional, efficient, and explained everything to me.The price was less than I paid last year for the same problem on my other unit, how could they do that with this inflation?
