This company exceeded my expectations. From the initial appointment set up to the technician who entered our home they made everything so simple and nice. No gimmicks or bait and switch here. They are honest and helpful. I suggest the maintenance plan. Jacob was communicative the day of the appointment and arrived within the scheduled window. He even took extra care not to wake up my sleeping baby while he was working.

Air Loom Cooling & Heating is a Top Notch company! I trust their service and technicians and I appreciate their quick service and professionalism. From the moment I called in and spoke to Ashley, I received the BEST service. She quickly called me back with a time frame I could expect a technician at my home. Daniel is the technician that usually services my home and he is so friendly and professional. He was able to get to my home earlier than I expected (about 4:45 PM) considering I called at 10 AM the same day with A/C problems.
