I've been going to BOL for about 20 years. Toni is the Greatest, she cares & is very knowledgeable when it comes to Everything !!! I've had many services over the years & never a bad experience. I have naturally curly hair which I hate so Toni works her magic to make it straight. Toni also is like family to me & we have a fun time while I'm at BOL.
