My husband has been growing out his hair all year and came in to get the top and sides trimmed. He asked to not take any length off the back. Eric cut his hair and he said he was a nice guy but he didn't listen at all and chopped all of his hair off (prob like 3-4 inches) and gave him a weird taper in the back. ? I called to complain and left my name number and email for a manager to call and they never did.Still never got a call from a manager but I did decide to change my review. Despite the fact that Eric didn't do what my husband asked and save the length in the back, after washing it and letting it air dry I have to say it's probably the best haircut he's ever had...read full review

It’s was ok, thought I would try somewhere new since my stylist left the last place I was using.I did the Express Cut and most of the services included were ~ok. It was 45mins for the haircut only. No real consultation or recommendations and the shampoo was not offered until the very end after the 45 mins was over, I had to leave so it required me skipping it.Overall the hair cut was good, which is main purpose of the visit. The 3 stars was after tip I was at $67, at that high of a price the experience should be better.I pay the same at other similar men’s salons and the experience/services were better.

Get a membership! I have had one for several years, and it is invaluable for the professional who always need to look as good as they can.The stylists are outstanding, and my personal favorite is Kay, but good luck getting in to see her because she is AMAZING.You really can not go wrong. The staff on front are warm and always glad to see you. They serve cold refreshments and have a waiting area that is SO relaxing.
