Seeking quote! Incredibly rude and unprofessional! He said he was apologetic for not calling me this morning instead of this evening and I was the one that called this evening after a week and a half of non communication. He had a lot to say by text after I was able to talk to him again. Which is amazing because he hadn’t yet got back to me? He said he was an A+ member of the BBB! Made that very clear after 6 reviews! Interesting! he totally dropped the ball and must be SOOO incredibly busy he can’t get back to a customer that was willing to pay him 150 dollars, according to him, just to show up. These contractors are talented. When my mom passed, I wanted to keep the fountain she had in her front yard so I brought it with me to Texas. We didn't know what to do with it so Aqua Features came out and brainstormed with us. All we told the contractors was that we wanted it in the backyard and that they had free range to do what they please. They were able to incorporate the fountain into our pool and it looks terrific. What impressed us was the constant communication. Whenever they had a snag in their plans, they contacted us and explained what had happened and what they were going to do.
