As anybody would be hesitant to pay hard earned money for services, this one, I do not regret. AirNow Tech Ian, was intelligent when it came to my system, open to mistakes, but willing to solve the issue (and he did fix my heating & error codes) !!
I've owned multiple homes over the past nearly fifty years and NEVER met a more professional installer than Charlie and his team.No wonder they are repeat Carrier Presidents' Club recipients.Charlie could teach customer service and attention to detail at a graduate level.
