This cleaners is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! The lady running the business (youngsoon) is unprofessional and should not have a business. When I dropped off my clothing we discussed trying to remove a stain from my shirt. When she looked at it she did state that she wasn't sure if she could remove the stain but would try. She stated that if she could not remove the stain to not worry about payment. Upon returning to pick up the shirt Youngsoon wanted me to pay first before even seeing the shirt to see if it was cleaned. She stood and tried to argue with me when I simply was asking to see the shirt before payment to confirm if stain was removed or not. She finally gave in after she saw I was not going to pay before seeing the shirt. When I finally saw the shirt and saw the stain wasn't removed. I told her about the agreement we made and she acted as if she had no clue and was oblivious to what I was talking about. She refused to completely hand over my clothing. I told her that I was still going to go ahead and pay but she was not keeping her part of the bargain. After receiving my clothing finally and walking out she stated next time I'll give you a free cleaning to which instate absolutely not cause there won't be a next time. I should have fully read the reviews before spending my hard earned money in that dump. Will NEVER go back and I suggest you find any one of the other cleaners to use in this area. Someone who will appreciate your business and money and knows how to be professional! Shame on you Youngsoon!

Take your business somewhere else! The manager is very rude and tried to make me pay an extra $10 for a pant hem, after I already paid $17 in advance. This business is trying to scam you out of more money and the service was awful. The quality of the hem was also uneven and jagged. This was a horrible experience and I will never be returning.

This was the worst experience I've ever had at an alterations business. They charge $16 for a hem and when I went back to pick up the pants and requested I pay another $10 because the hem was bigger than they thought. The owner would not release my clothing unless I paid $10 extra. I essentially paid $26 for a pant hem. This is a total scam and horrible customer service. The manager was rude and wouldn't own up to her mistake. Whatever you do, do not use this horrible business! Take your alterations someplace else!
