A few months after losing my husband, I lost my ring and was absolutely devastated. I searched everywhere and thought maybe I may have dropped it down my bathroom sink after seeing something shiny with a flashlight. I called CPR Plumbing, and Chris returned my call within minutes and was able to squeeze me in, arriving within a couple of hours. He carefully checked both bathroom sinks, but the ring wasn't there. I was upset and overwhelmed. Chris didn't give up - he went back into the bedroom and found the ring on my bed. He was genuinely as happy as I was. His kindness, professionalism, and compassion meant more to me then he will ever know. He was expedient, respectful, cleaned up after himself and truly cared. He refused to charge me, saying that finding the ring made his day - but he absolutely made mine! He has a customer for life, and I will highly recommend him. I know he brings the same integrity to every plumbing job.
Today, Chris and Tyler came out today to fix my bathroom tub spout. I put in a request only yesterday! Chris was shocked, as was I, on how the last owner had had the spout put on before. He was determined to solve the problem and get our tub working asap! They did a great job and we had some laughs too. They left my bathroom just as clean as it was when they got there! Will definitely be calling next time we have a plumbing issue!
Great Family-Owned business. Honest, Fair, and Experts in the Plumbing Industry. My master shower had too much life in it.
