This was the 3rd time Tony has performed our routine maintenance and as always he was prompt, polite and thoroughly explained what he found during his inspection. I definitely recommend Colony Air and Tony!
I had a service technician (Len) come to my property to do a routine check up. I'm glad he came by. He pointed out that there was mold growing in my air handler. So he recommended I get a UV light. It's not the cheapest thing to install, but it's a lot less than needing to replace the whole air handler. Super impressed with Colony HVAC so far. I hope they can keep prices low and service quality exceptional.
Manny and his crew did a great job getting our new unit in. They arrived on time (with a call from dispatch in advance), kept the house clean, were super professional, and quieter than I was expecting! Super happy with the entire process.
