I was ready to leave the company, but have no reason to now that he checked out all my equipment and fixed all my issues. Now I don't have any problems with any blue science technicians. If there are any issues my technician Nick Reinhardt is always on top of it and really communicates with me to get it taken care of. He is very friendly and knowledgeable.
