From the moment I met Ms. Z, I instantly felt relieved. I knew that very moment I just found an experienced professional who was truly interested in helping me calm my nervous system. She took the time to learn my physical/emotional health concerns. She assured me that although the services I selected are not cures to my condition, they could possibly help ease its negative effects… and the session (Swedish massage, aroma therapy, hot stones, light stretching, face/scalp massage) did just that! It has been 3 days, and I’m still relaxed. Needless to say, I’ve signed up for a weekly membership.
I received a deep tissue massage from Zel to help with tension and discomfort in my neck, shoulders, and back. She listened to my concerns and focused on the areas that needed the most attention. Afterward, I felt less tight, more relaxed, and had better movement. Zel is professional, knowledgeable, and truly cares about helping her clients feel better. I highly recommend her!
