My son and I both used them for the first time this month. I was very satisfied with the care we received. They obtained the clearance note from my surgeon, collected the amount that was stated up front, and all the staff and doctors were very sweet. The cleaning was amazing (I couldn't tell they had started) and they were happy to answer any questions I had. We are switching to this dentist for regular cleanings for sure!

Today was my first ever visit to this dental office and wow they left me with a very great first impression. I haven’t been to the dentist in moreover five years I have been postponing it and quite frankly I haven’t had good experiences with the dentist in the past but Dr Patterson was great he was very welcoming, attentive and informative. Overall the whole staff was very friendly and nice from the front desk, the assistant to the hygienist. Highly recommend this office

After I moved to Galveston, I discovered I needed a dentist. I first tried one here on the island and liked him, but he was so busy he couldn't do the work for three months. I needed something done sooner than that. I asked a local resident I met at the pool and she said, "Go off island. Check out Texas City Family Dentistry; so I did. Let me be up front with you: I don't have dental insurance and I'm scared s---less about dentists. I haven't been for many years because of past experiences and I wouldn't have gone now if I didn't have an issue. I have a real fear of dentist, but, I put on my "Big girl Pants" and off I went.
