We had water coming up through our hardwood floor from a plumbing leak. They were not our first call, but they will be the first plumber we call from now on. After another plumbing company never got back to us, we called and heard back within a few hours. They were able to send someone out around noon, and Dean arrived on time. Dean quickly found the leak, repaired it, and explained everything in simple terms. He also gave helpful advice on drying the affected area so the water damage would not get worse. We had a really good experience with a local plumbing service. When I called, the office staff was kind, patient, and easy to talk to while I explained the shower plumbing issue. They scheduled a plumber for the next day, and we were glad Jude came out to help. The shower on/off valve was stuck, and Jude knew right away how to handle the repair. He was friendly, professional, and clearly very experienced with this kind of plumbing work.
