I had a wonderful first visit. I felt heard. I was asked probing questions about my pain intensity, what it keeps me from, and what I wish I could do if I didn’t have this pain in my neck. I was reassured, all my questions answered, and given their full attention; all of which empowered me to face trauma I’ve been silently suffering from and living with through gritted teeth for years. As soon as I walked in the door, the care was exceptional and so friendly. They made me feel welcome, helping dispel any fears about seeking help.
