This is place is great, all the instructors are very good, they each compliment one another as far as style and technique.It’s great to see classes so full here, I’m glad Texarkana has this culture.
Love this place. I can't believe I waited so long to post a review. Going on almost 3 years now. I went in expecting not to like it. I was just looking for the health benefits, and I am still shocked by how much I enjoyed it. It's actually fun! They make me sweat for sure and leave with a smile. I go twice a week now and love all the instructors.
I took the heated power class today for the first time and it was exceptional. I’ve done hot yoga and power flows in many different places and I loved this one. The teacher was fantastic, music was great and the cooling scented towels at the end completed a wonderful class.
